Meet Eduard, the manager of Aviv Center — a soup kitchen for drug addicts and the homeless in South Tel Aviv — and the leader of our humanitarian project in Ashkelon for new immigrants and the needy. Once a criminal and drug addict, Eduard lost everything — his family, his freedom, and his hope. But God met him in his darkest moment and turned his life around. Today, Eduard ministers to other lost souls trapped in the net of addiction.

Wilhelm, the manager of our Rehab Center for men in Beersheba, tells about his past as a drug addict and criminal – and the change he experienced when God touched his heart with His saving grace.

In our experience, the healing of the soul often begins with the healing of the body. Nina Rybak, one of Aviv Center volunteers and our First Aid Project leader, tells about this integral part of the outreach in Tel Aviv.

Yuri, one of our rehab center residents, tells how his pride led him to lose everything – his job, family, and health. Homeless and broken, he found true change through humility and God's love. “Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty, and before honor is humility" (Proverbs 18:12).

Andrey, a volunteer at Aviv Center, shares his story of how a simple bowl of soup, prepared with love and offered with prayer, can begin to transform a life.
